That one photo

When you know the life is cruel at least in your mind, you shuffle through your books, only to find the one photo that makes you want to go back in time. If there were a time machine, you would go back at least a trillion times so you can enjoy every second more. Someday, when you are happy, you still shuffle through your books and still find that one photo which was the happiest. We all have that one photo and that one day when we want to go back in time and feel better for the happy times we have had, the friends we shared, the moments we want to relive. You would, have a happy moment again, someday, you will pick that photo up when you have a cruel, sad or even a happy day and feel better about your life so you can create more memories! Cheers! My happy place!

When I was looking at the kids in my apartment, I thought to myself – how simple life is. Nothing to worry, the only thing we really worried was for the next toy that our parents would buy. All I ever wanted when I grew up, is to be just like those aunties in 30’s who didn’t have to worry about exams and they can buy whatever they want. I am 30 today, I can only think of the saying “the grass is always greener on the other side”. No matter where I am, the other side always seems pleasant. I am still juggling between lots of troubles within the small pleasures of life, still, it is not enough. I want to stay in my bed all day, think about nothing, make my own coffee, and sit by the window just like in movies because they always look good in movies. I am married by the way, so, when I see these movies where the married couple talk and laugh – I cannot relate my life being that green! I do not know if it ever will happen but that’s always something I look forward to though. ...

To you!

The first day of every year, my dear! You think of something new, Your life style, the travel plans, to a new you. When everyone around already knows what to do! The fifth day of every year, my dear! You do not feel the need to change, Life was a lot easier without these changes, You end up thinking about the past year. The tenth day of every year, my dear! Life is good without the need to be the "new you" Your ideas conflict between what was and what is, Your think more about going back. Once again, the first day of every year comes by, my dear! But do not think of the year that went by, You are the future of yourself. You do not need the first day of each year to find you. You will forever be better than what you were... Believe! Start now!

When and Now!

When I was young, I had 3 friends with whom I roamed around in the school When I was home, I played with my sisters and neighbours kids. When I was doing nothing, my mom was present to shoo me to go “do something” When I did something, my dad laughed at me being very “mechanic” When I was writing exams, I couldn’t remember the answers (even otherwise) When the results were to come, I cried the nights dreaming I would “fail” Now that I am old (enough), I have 450 friends on Facebook and 25 following me on Instagram. Now that I can share what I do and feel, I get 15 likes on an average Now that I am home, it doesn’t feel like. Now when I am doing something, I feel I don’t have to. Now when I am doing nothing, I have my phone flipping with pages Now that I have someone, I feel alone Now that I am alone, I still feel alone.

But who is in it?!

Some cry today, waging wars, losing their minds, Some waited for this day of chaos and confusions, Some think of all the lost relationships, Some think of a better world, a place to live in. Some talk about saving tigers and whales, Some say the Arctic is growing ice, Some made life's choices today, Some stare at the bare wall, hoping not to think. Some stay at office twenty-three hours, Some talk to the mobile phones, Some stay up at night worried about tomorrow, Some say, life's a movie and we are all audiences. I say "Who is in it?!" Where are you?

When I was born, I ruled this world. My mother and father listened to everything I said and bought me everything I wanted because they either loved me so much or I broke their ears. Time passed by, I had everything I wanted and still nothing I wanted. Every time I looked into my room there was one more of the things my friends had that I didn’t. I grew up looking more at others than looking at my own. The more I added, the happier I thought it was going to get me. I now sit in the middle of my room, looking around all things that my parents bought me. I am not sure if I should remember the irritation that I caused when they bought it for me or to remember of my times to keep up with my friends or foes. Where are my parents now? When I want them to buy me happiness in their laughs? In the super tasty food that my mum made for me which I threw away in anger? Where are the friends that I was trying to keep up with? Where am I right now?

Love you!?

I loved you like I should, I loved you like I would. When I see only tears in my eyes The reason nothing more than just "you" Would I love you the way I should? Should I love you the way I would? You are my better half, not my bitter Together we are supposed to be happy You still think of me as a stranger in your life I am feeling "done" of the things you think are "undone". When you are not the one I love anymore, When you have become the reason for the pain, Would I love you the way I should? Should I love you the way I would?
